Every closed terrarium is built on a four-layer substrate system: river stone reservoir, mesh filter, activated charcoal, and soil. This layered infrastructure is the foundation of Strategic Grace — front-loading the setup so the system can manage itself.

Each terrarium is then acclimatised in our studio, monitored through its most critical period, and assessed using the Fog Test — reading condensation patterns to confirm the ecosystem has found its equilibrium. Only then is it released.
